Jessica is amazing!!! Jess has a calming and soft chair side manner with a nice delicate touch. I was worried about the procedure being painful however my experience was very relaxing. Being one of the few certified electrologist in the area, Jess made me even more confident in this services as she educated me on how this procedure actually works. Expert, efficient, and effective! So the very word electrolysis was freaking me out. I had a complete misunderstanding of the procedure. Jess was so thorough and expert in her explanation that by the time we got down to business, I was shocked by how non-traumatic the whole thing was! The only reason it took me so long to go back was because the very first treatment worked even better than she described. It took longer for the hairs to come back and they were already noticeably thinner. I'm excited to follow through and reap the long term benefits. She even gave me great advice to help me maintain my smoothness in between treatments without damaging the follicles by waxing and tweezing on my own. I recommend her especially to people who are nervous about it or think their condition is too bad to treat
